Amazing experience for children - 7 day camp from Sunday to Saturday, July and August 2024
7 days, 6 nights of activities, communication with the horses and other animals, riding in the arena and in nature, archery, game tournaments, familiarization with village life and nature in a safe and comfortable environment, walks on the eco-trail to the Skaklya waterfall, discussions about new knowledge, quizzes with prizes, dancing, fun and much more.
In short
Children need variety, learning through play, encounters with nature and animals, time in the fresh air, fun, enrichment and good emotions. Parents need to provide this for their children while they themselves have some peace and time for themselves. And we at Rancho Aurora want to meet those needs in the best possible way.
How? We are opening the Aurora Ranch for a children's camp, during which, with the help of our experienced team, beautiful nature, our calm horses, dogs and cats, radiant neighbors who produce milk, eggs and butter, we will learn teamwork and important life skills lessons with your children while having fun and making real memories.
The camp is filled with interesting activities. We will interact with the noble horses and ride, we will participate in game tournaments with challenges for the mind and body, we will dance Bulgarian folk dances with real elements of costumes, we will see how a goat and a cow are raised, how milk, cheese and butter are made, we'll even make our own yogurt, color pottery, identify trees and herbs, and take walks to interesting places around the ranch.

Other important organizational details
Age of children
The camp is for children from 8 to 16 years old. If someone over 16 wants to participate, there are options too. If you have specific questions in this regard, please contact us.
Accommodation and overnight stays
The children spend the night in new professional tents, as most tents have two large rooms + a corridor for a total of 4 children. A modern toilet and bathroom, an indoor dining area and other facilities are available for children near the tents. In case of bad weather, we have the option of accommodating the children in a house in the village in close to the ranch.
Hygiene
A modern toilet and bathroom, running water and hot water from a boiler are provided near the tents. Children will have the opportunity to shower and perform all hygiene needs daily.
Food
The children are provided daily meals with home-cooked food from a licensed company in the area, which uses home-made products and home-made recipes. The meal itself, in good weather, will be at comfortable outdoor tables. In case of bad weather it will be indoors in the stable itself.
Team Organizers
The team is made up of professional riding instructors and working with adults and children, a folk dance choreographer, moderators for some activities.

Provision of transport to and from Svoge: We can also arrange for children to be picked up from Svoge if you prefer to drive them there or they are old enough to travel by train

Additional training: There is a possibility of additional riding lessons for a fee, at a preferential price, for the duration of the camp

Feedback from parents
We try to provide children with contact with nature and good, but also useful emotions during the summer. There are many camps. But Rancho Aurora's definitely stands out. All the diligence, variety and care is second to none.
